Even though the reality television stars have ended their romantic relationship with Hugh Hefner all three of them were actually still committed to a sixth season contractually. However, the focus of the show shifted to Hughes' new girlfriends at the time — Kristina and Karissa Shannon, and Crystal Harris. With that, Holly Bridget, and Kendra got to say goodbye to The Girls Next Door and pursue other projects.

9 In 2009 Holly's Own Reality Television Show 'Holly's World' Premiered

On December 6, 2009, Holly Madison's own reality television show titled Holly's World premiered on E! The show ran for two seasons and it followed Holly as she left Los Angeles Angeles for a career in Las Vegas as a lead dancer in a peep show. Holly's World — which was a spin-off of The Girls Next Door —  aired until April 2011.

8 That Same Year Bridget Became The Host Of The Show 'Bridget's Sexiest Beaches'

After leaving The Girls Next Door and Hough Hefner, Bridget started hosting her own show on the Travel Channel titled Bridget's Sexiest Beaches.

Holly and Bridget were certainly not the only ones who pursued a solo career in television as Kendra also kicked off her very own reality television show on E!. The show was called Kendra and it premiered in June 2009. Kendra followed the star's life after saying goodbye to the Playboy Mansion and starting a life with her at-the-time husband Hank Baskett. The reality television show ran for four seasons after which it was canceled because Kendra and E! parted ways.

In 2012 Kendra's second reality television show titled Kendra on Top premiered on WE tv. The show followed Kendra Wilkinson as she balanced motherhood with her business career — and it surprisingly ran for a total of six seasons. 5 For Almost Four Years Holly Starred In The Burlesque Show 'Peepshow' At Planet Hollywood

In 2009, right after leaving The Girls Next Door, Holly Madison starred in the burlesque show Peepshow at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. While she was initially signed for a three-month contract,t the show was so successful that she ended up doing it for much longer. Holly starred as both Bo Peep and Goldilocks for almost four years but in 2012 she had to leave the show due to her pregnancy.
